The Flooring Empire: Standard Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of products and/or services by The Flooring Empire (“Company”) to the customer (“Customer”). By purchasing products and/or services from The Flooring Empire, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Orders and Payment

1.1. Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance by The Flooring Empire. The Company reserves the right to refuse any order at its sole discretion. 1.2. Pricing: Prices for products and services are listed on The Flooring Empire’s website or provided in a written quote. All prices are subject to change without notice. The Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes, unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided. 1.3. Payment: Payment terms will be specified by The Flooring Empire at the time of order. Payment must be made in full before products are delivered or services are provided. The Flooring Empire accepts various payment methods, as specified in the invoice or quote.

2. Delivery and Installation

2.1. Delivery: The Flooring Empire will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. 2.2. Installation: If installation services are purchased, The Flooring Empire will perform the installation in a professional manner according to industry standards. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the site is ready for installation and for providing access to the premises.

3. Returns and Refunds

3.1. Returns: The Flooring Empire’s return policy will be provided at the time of purchase. Custom or special order products may not be eligible for return. 3.2. Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be issued in the original form of payment once the returned products are received and inspected by The Flooring Empire.

4. Warranty

4.1. Product Warranty: The Flooring Empire provides warranties on its products as specified by the manufacturer. The Customer should refer to the specific product warranty for details. 4.2. Installation Warranty: If The Flooring Empire provides installation services, the Company warrants the workmanship for a specified period as outlined in the installation agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Flooring Empire’s liability for any claims related to the products or services provided shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the Customer.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and any sales of products or services by The Flooring Empire to the Customer shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Flooring Empire is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between The Flooring Empire and the Customer and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein. By making a purchase from The Flooring Empire, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. The Flooring Empire: Warranty Policy

1. Product Warranty

1.1. The Flooring Empire (“Company”) warrants to the original purchaser (“Customer”) that the flooring products sold by the Company will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of [insert warranty period, e.g., 15 years] from the date of purchase. 1.2. 2. Installation Warranty

2.1. If the Customer purchases installation services from The Flooring Empire, the Company warrants that the installation will be performed in a professional manner according to industry standards. 2.2. If the installation is found to be defective within the warranty period, The Flooring Empire will, at its discretion, repair or re-install the affected area at no additional cost to the Customer.

3. Making a Warranty Claim*

The Customer may be required to allow The Flooring Empire to inspect the flooring product or installation in question to determine if the claim is covered by the warranty.

4. Limitations and Exclusions

4.1. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the flooring product. 4.2. This warranty is the exclusive remedy for the Customer and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 4.3. The Flooring Empire’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product or installation, as described in sections 1 and 2 above. 4.4. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to labour costs for removal or reinstallation of the flooring product.

5. Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Flooring Empire is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Flooring Company Return Policy

At The flooring empire limited, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality flooring products and exceptional service.
